About me

Hi, my name is Chiedozie, I am a father, German Literature Scientist, Technical Writer and an author located in Sewanee, TN, USA

I relocated to the United States in 2016 as a graduate student in the Department of German Studies, I aspired to stay and work in the country as a German literature scientist following the completion of my degree. It didn’t take long for me to discover that the U.S. government already had a pathway to permanent residency for individuals with my background. All my degrees are in German Studies.

In 2021, I accomplished a self-petition for a U.S. Permanent Resident status through the merit-based Employment-Based Second Preference National Interest Waiver Category (EB2NIW), thereby transitioning from a student visa status. This achievement was the start of my journey as a technical writer since almost everyone wanted to know how I accomplished this feat since my doctorate was in German Studies and I had 2 journal articles from Nigeria without only two citations as at the time my petition was approved.

I wrote my first paid petition because the client heard about my approval and called me to know how I did it since he was issued RFE and they were in panic mode. I was advising him over the phone and they told me, even lawyers cannot figure this thing as you are explaining to me. Let me pay you to write it down. They paid me $100 and promised to pay more when the case gets approved. The case was approved and they wired me a good amount of money. Not too long, I realized how good I am in writing this petition, another person called me to know how I got my case approved, I immediately pitched my business telling them I write solid petition. Without any proof to show that I can do it, but just word of mouth, they were convinced and paid me. This was my second case, which was also RFE. Guess what, that case was approved and now, I have had many cases approved.
